Abstract
This paper presents the results of an exhaustive series of high-resolution simulations that extend the unified Operator Stack architecture from single-agent invariant stabilization through multi-agent collective dynamics to full civilizational-scale morphogenesis. Using rulial hypergraph lattices at 2048×2048 and 4096×4096 resolution, we document three progressive runs: (1) pure C* isolation at single-agent level (87.4% coherence coverage), (2) multi-agent collective morphogenesis with 64 agents (94.7% coverage, 11-layer Shadow Recursion Operator depth), and (3) civilizational morphogenesis with 1024+ agents (97.8% coverage, 27-layer live SRO streaming, 14 stable institutional mega-structures).

The results close the explanatory arc from individual consciousness to collective and civilizational mind, rendering shared reality a measurable geometric invariant rather than a philosophical abstraction. Implications for neuroscience, artificial intelligence alignment, cultural evolution, institutional design, and cosmology are discussed. Six new falsifiable predictions are offered.
